First Captain on a 100 ton offshore crewboat out of Port Fourchon, LA

Objective


I would like to be part of a company I could grow with, I am planning to upgrade my license to 500 ton Master in the near future. My main objective though, is to be the best at everything I do from boat handling to vessel management I strive to be the best.

MAY 2004-FEBRUARY 2007

P&E Crewboats-Deckhand/Captain



As a deckhand my responsibilities were to keep a clean and organized vessel as well as line handling and checking fluid levels on engines and generators. As a captain I was responsible for crew management, vessel logs, USCG inspection readiness, boat handling, cargo on and offloads, personnel transfers and simple engine maintnence.

KMJ Services Inc.-Captain



At KMJ Services I am the first captain on a 100 ton crew boat and my responsibilities include management of the crew, supervision of all activities on board, cargo transfers and being the safety coordinator for my vessel as well as being in charge of crew and shift changes.
