I am very interested in working in the maritime industry, where the combination of my education and experience can be most effectively utilized.
Experience
In early January 2008, I was hired full time by the firm as an Associate Staff Accountant. A few of the activities that I assist the firm with are audits of government, for-profit and non-profit organizations, agreed-upon-procedures, financial statement preparation, financial analysis, proposals, marketing projects, and other financial services. Throughout this time I have gained valuable and worthwhile experience in the Accounting and Auditing field that I believe would be very beneficial to your organization. I also consider myself to have a lot of energy and enthusiasm for my work and believe I have superior customer service skills, which I have developed during my time as a Sales Associate for West Marine, Inc.
Education
In December 2007, I graduated from the University of Central Florida in Orlando, Florida, majoring in Accounting. For over a year and a half while attending college, I worked as an Associate Staff Accountant Intern at Berman Hopkins Wright & LaHam CPA’s & Associates, LLP, a Central Florida Regional CPA firm in Melbourne, Florida.

Extensive knowledge and skills with regards to sailing and the marine industry.
FOREIGN TRAVEL EXPERIENCE:
Extensive travel to over twenty countries including the Bahamas, Eastern Caribbean and South America with an in-depth familiarity of the culture, customs and geographic area.
