TITLE: Car Salesman. Duties: Provide customers with information regarding merchandise of Crain dealership to determine which car would be best for them. Car Demonstrations, telephone sales and customer service are also required.
COLDWELL BANKER REALITY: LITTLE ROCK, AR. 07/2007- PRESENT
TITLE- Real Estate Agent. Duties: Create a marketing campaign for customers for the purposes of selling their personal homes or private businesses. Showcase customers homes by holding open viewings, provide customer service as agents for customers in their pursuit of selling or buying a home.
FIRST COLLECTION SERVICES: LITTLE ROCK, AR. 01/2006-04/2007
TITLE - Collection Supervisor. Duties - Supervise collection staff of company’s primary clients ALLTEL COMMUNICATION & WINDSTREAM COMMUNICATION, SPARKS HOSPITALS & CLINICS, which consisted of approximately 12-20 collectors per client. Provide customer service in a call center environment.
SOUTHERN & ALLEN: LITTLE ROCK, AR 07/2004-12/2005
TITLE: Senior Collector. Duties- Collections for client of law firm (primarily DISCOVER BANK) in pre-legal status. This included skip tracing of debtors, negotiations of settlements for clients, verifying asset information with county assessors offices (both personal property and real estate) through out the state, handling bankruptcy information, which included assisting in the filing of claims for our clients in chapter 13 matters, also resolved customer service matters in call center environment.
REGIONAL ADJUSTMENT BUREAU: MEMPHIS, TN 7/1995-05/2004
TITLE: Client/ Unit Manger. Duties- Provide instruction for collectors with regards to obtaining their personal collection goals, oversee the performance, and teach different techniques for debt collections for commercial, personal, medical (including Medicaid/ Medicare) and student loan accounts. Help teach skills in skip tracing to collectors. Monitor collection calls made and give guidance to collectors . Duties also included providing direction and demonstrating different techniques to resolve customer service issue in a call center environment.
MERCHANT COLLECTION SVC: OSCEOLA, AR 07/1992-05/1995
TITLE: Collections Rep. Duties- Dailey collections for local clients (primarily doctors offices, small businesses), skip tracing. Provided processes service for clients, represented clients in small claims cases, and filed paper work for garnishments of wages.
