Qualifications:

Mr. Gibbs is certified by the Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) organization in passenger car and light truck steering, brakes, and suspension (ASE A4 & A5). He is also highly skilled in all hand and power tools, including oxyacetylene torches and other kinds of welders, and extensive hydraulic and pneumatic experience. Also, he is experienced in most forms of two way UHF radio communication. He holds aftermarket certifications in advanced on-board diagnostic (OBDII) and advanced drivability concerns. Other training includes the operation and use of multiple channel Oscilloscopes, signal generators, and heavy industrial safety and personal protective equipment. He is proficient in computer programs such as AutoCAD, Electronics Work Bench, and all Windows programs

Pinnacle Performance and Repair

In this position, I ran my own business repairing farm tractors to high end luxury motor coaches. Most of the repair involved extensive hydraulic repairs, and with the luxury motor coaches, in depth repairs to both the hydraulic and air systems. Also, intensive repairs where also performed to large two stroke “Detroit Diesel” engines and heavy duty transmissions.

As a Medical Transport Mechanic at MV Transportation, I gained more responsibility in his position due to the fact that the position required him to fill out and complete Safety and Preventative Maintenance logs in compliance with the FTA and the FDOT. Also, I performed the prescribed Preventative Maintenance and repairs on a large fleet of vehicles to very high standards set forth by the Company and completed safety logs required by the Company, Department of Transportation, and Federal Transit Authority.



10/2005 - 01/2006

Prestige Hyundai Lincoln Mercury, Gainesville, FL

At this auto dealership I performed light to heavy repair of Hyundai vehicles. He was also frequently called on to repair other makes of vehicles. He received recognition for consistently completing repairs quicker than the specified book time, enabling the dealer to bill for more hours than actually worked.

In this position I provided general service and light repair to Toyota and Lexus brand vehicles. During his employment he maintained a 96% efficiency rating.

In this position, my responsibilities included removing/reinstalling transmissions, and light to heavy duty vehicle repair. The variety of vehicles ranged from cars and light trucks to heavy-duty commercial vehicles.

I was employed as a maintenance worker at the City of Gainesville’s Deerhaven Generating Station. This station is Gainesville’s largest and continuously generates 235 megawatts of power. His responsibilities ranged from mopping the turbine decks to assisting the Millwrights.
