I have managed annual revenues in excess of 45 million dollars, and employees of 1500.

Work History and Positions:



2008-Present, Security Manager, PC Resources LLC, Rancho Mirage, CA.

Developed and implemented all security procedures and operations needed for this 250-acre, private estate. Performed scheduling, dispatching, payroll, employee hiring & terminations, employee counseling, customer relations, fleet management, property protection, security event planning for this high profile family, high profile political and celebrity guests coming to property.



2004-2007 General Manager and Co-Owner, Rapid Dry, Cathedral City, CA.

Performed all aspects of the daily operation of the business. Budgeting, accounts payable and receivable, scheduling, dispatching, payroll, human relations, customer relations, sales, fleet management and computer management.

Performed all other duties and services for the other out of town owner.



1986-2003 President and Co-Founder, ASI Sterling Security Services, San Diego,

CA.



Responsible for all aspects of forming and operating a business. In December of

1986 formed a corporation to provide private guard, patrol and alarm response

Services. Began with no customers or employees and grew the business to annual

Revenues of 10 million dollars and profits of 750 thousand.

Elected President of the Board of Directors.

This corporation was a startup company at the same time as the Sterling

Corporation in San Diego. I was appointed President of

this corporation while continuing my duties as President of the San Diego

Corporation simultaneously. Elected President of the Board of Directors.

This corporation was purchased in 2000 with annual revenues of 2.5 million and

loses of 500 thousand dollars annually. When it was sold in 2002, I had increased revenues to 4.7 million with profits of 700 thousand dollars annually.



1983-1986 ADT Security Services, Palm Springs & San Diego, CA.

Office Manager for the Palm Springs office, was responsible for all administrative

functions to include accounts payable and receivable, billing, vendor selection,

employee benefits, and general office duties. After 6 months of employment,

was promoted and transferred to the San Diego location.

Responsible for all of the items listed above but on a regional basis as opposed to

a single location.
