• Responsible for delivery of automotive wholesale parts from seven large dealerships, including overall supervision of dispatch office personnel, 23 drivers, and maintenance of delivery vehicles.

• Ensure that the service level in the distribution system is maintained at the highest possible level through personal contact with Burt wholesale customers.

• Responsible for Chevrolet Warehouse operation, including inventory control and stocking, shipping and receiving, and seven warehouse employees.

• Initiated a centralized dispatch/delivery operation, going from individual dealership deliveries to a combined delivery system, providing better customer service and reducing overall delivery costs by 30%.
