General Sales/Finance/Brokerage Manager
Developed both brokerage and finance divisions along with reversing a downward trend in the sales department. I improved Sales volume and gross profit by 128% and 139% respectively. I originated a brokerage division that grew to over $2m at 15% gross profit and improved F&I income over 426%. All at the same time I developed a service team that leads the industry in CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) scores at 99.7%, 100% and 100%. I improved local market shares that exceeded national market shares.

While still serving as VP & General Manager of Stovall Marine I partnered with the Stovall family in the purchase of Tradewinds Marina. My role as president was to lead the development and growth of the marina and to implement a boat sales division. Working with Paul Stovall, as the general manager, we increased the marinas revenue and profit over a ten year period at which time we sold to Marina’s International
