? Navigation & Direction: Marine navigation, radar plotting, chart works, making passage plans, marine rules & regulations, bridge watch etc.
? Security Management: In 15 years, exploited through various positions like Security Guard to Chief Security and earned a lot of experience. Having experience in planning & monitoring industrial security arrangements involving preparing security plans & deploying security personnel.
? Boat & Tug Handling: Adept at handling tug within harbour limits and boat at sea/ harbour. Deftness in undertaking in Search and Rescue operations and salvage operation at sea/ harbour.
? Safety, Fire Fighting & Damage Control: Hands on experience in supervising & impart instructions on fire fighting operations, initiating nuclear warfare and preventive action for minimizing causalities, damage control system and safety organisation. Also have experience on coordinating crisis and disaster management etc.
? Management Skills: Handled various HR functions viz. Time Keeping, Salary Administration, logistics, Leave Record Management, effective utilization of funds, administrating the performance management programme including periodic performance review and appraisal for staff members etc.
