• Hazardous material safety, handling, disposal & management regulations

• Mold and moisture control implementations, safe removal of infestations

• Proper removal & disposal of asbestos and lead in public & private places

• Ability to safely perform work in confined encapsulated spaces

• Measure, cut & thread pipes, assemble & install sections, tubing and fittings

• Interpret isometrics, schematics, floor plans, gas/water sizing, blueprints

• Detect leaks using gauges, water & pressurized air in different material of pipe
