•Managed and Supervised four instructors and four courses that led to 1400 students graduating with zero administrative mistakes.

•Maintenance, Material, Management (3M) Coordinator, organized and coordinated of 1200 corrective and preventive maintenance procedures; ensured that school could continue to operate.



Operation Engineer 2006-2010

USS George Bush, Newport News, VA



•Developed maintenance and operating procedures requirements for four aircraft carrier catapults system, resulting in the no safety mishaps and operation downtime.

•Supervised 12 engineers

•Trained and qualified 20 engineers on steam catapults

•Inspected and accepted over 1100 ship’s storage tanks and compartments on behave of the US Navy.



Propulsion Engineer 2004-2006

USS Harry Truman, Norfolk, VA



•Supervised 25 engineers in Reactor Department Non-Nuclear Auxiliaries, with 5 personnel named the Department Sailor of the Quarter honors.

•Reactor Department Heat Stress Coordinator

•Lube Quality Manager, managed and tracked over 6,000 gallons of lubricating oil.

•Incorporated EPA and OSHA regulations into safety procedures while supervising Oily Water Separator Operation.

•Created working drawings of very detailed shipboard main drainage system that aid in successful emergency dewatering of compartments.

•Qualified Basic Reactor Department Qualifications and numerous other qualification



HVAC Supervisor 2002-2004
