Outsourced to Black and Veatch Engineering to review homeland security plans. Plan types include (but are not limited to): barge fleeting facilities, offshore platforms, terminals located onshore, passenger ferry terminals. This position involved reading and evaluating the submitted plans to ensure compliance with 33 CFR 104, 105 & 106, as applicable. Duties included conferencing with the USCG and industry representatives in order to rectify any discrepancies.

NAVAL ARCHITECT/ENGINEER 2001 - 2004
Designed modifications to offshore facilities while complying with class and USCG regulations. Responsible for serving needs of clients & platform operators while verifying that prescribed standards are met for design, construction and operational maintenance of facilities.
