Certification


• Certified by United States Coast Guard in all below listed aspects.

? Boilers, propulsion turbines, electrical power production, distilling plant, air conditioning and refrigeration, and sewage treatment.

? Fuel oil, lube oil, and cooling systems.

? Pumping plant, refining of crude oil products and chemical plants.


Skils


JOHN CRANE TRAINING:



• Installation of single, double, and splitseal seals and bearings to manufacturing specifications.

• Braided specialty packing, chevron packing, and sheet packing applications.

• Install flexible couplings and alignment to power source.



BAILEY PLANT COMPUTER:

• Knowledge of fuel sources (oil, LPG, coal, woodchips, garbage, or super heated steam up to 900lbs.)

• Control of demineralization and distilling plant.

• IBM Computer introductory operations to include Lotus 1-2-3, DOS, and Lotus Windows.



REPAIR SHOP:



• Breakdown and rebuild reciprocating, velute, wormgear, centrifugal, and positive displacement pumps.

• Valve installation and repair of globe, gate, and butterfly valves using hydraulic and air power operated from a central console.

• Gauging systems.

• Butterworth and Saab conversant.


 


U.S. Coast Guard Certification for all shipboard unlicensed engine room positions, petroleum

products handling, tankerman assistant and STCW.



Multilingual in English, French, German, Spanish, and Dutch (speak, read, and understand).



Extensive knowledge of pump removal, tear down, repair/rebuild, and installation to include reciprocating, velute, wormgear, centrifugal, and positive displacement.



Extensive knowledge of pipeline work, alignment of flanges, installation of dresser couplings and expansion joints, seals and bearing repack/replace.



Excellent safety and no accident record.
