Fire Controlman First Class, U.S. Navy

• Formulated and implemented a training program that covered all aspects involved in the launching of Tomahawk missiles that lead the USS O’Kane to be ranked in the top 5 of all Tomahawk missile launching vessels in the U.S. Navy in support of Operation Enduring Freedom and Iraqi Freedom.

• Hand selected by USPACOM Joint Intelligence Command to maintain a Force-Over-The-Horizon track database of over 10,000 tracks for a joint intelligence community training operation. Duties include maintaining and relaying critical communications and data between air, naval, and ground forces; relaying command center information, in the form of a completed intelligence product, to high-level military and government decision makers.

• Managed 30-35 recruits and trained them on the skills needed to be successful in the Navy.

• Designed and implemented a sales program that increased sales output from assigned areas by over 400% over a 2-year period

• Managed and trained 17 personnel in the operation, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of the electronic, electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems involved in the Advanced Tomahawk Weapons Control System

• Responsible for the operation, maintenance, and repair of two Close in Weapon Systems

• Troubleshoot and maintain a weapon system, including digital equipment and mechanical systems with hydraulics and pneumatics, solid-state devices, RF transmission, receiving, and processing equipment.
