I have completed my Pre-Sea Training from ARI under the Guidance of Mr.Ranjinder Malothra (Senior Electrical Engineer) for a period of 4 Months.
I am ready to join the Vessel, as we were trained on simulator Lab whereby we got feeling of working on Vessel environment itself.
Experience
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
? I was responsible for maintaining total plant machinery capacity of 1000KVA, with voltage 11KV/433V and 1600KVA Transformer sub station maintenance.
? Schedule maintenance of different panels, AC drives, PLC System, AC motors, MCC’S and PCC’S.
? Trouble shooting of AC motors 1HP to 300HP with connection type Delta and star-delta configuration.
? Trouble shooting and regular maintenance of AC drives ABB, YASKAWA, VACON, HIREL, AC TECH ranging from 5 HP & up to 300HP.
? Trouble shooting and regular maintenance of PLC’S (SIEMENS S7 400).
? Trouble shooting and regular maintenance of Level sensors, pull chord switches, belt-sway switches and weighing machines.
? Installation and maintenance of stabilizers, packing machines and U.P.S systems.
? Maintenance of Industrial lighting and Air-compressors.
? Maintaining machinery maintenance records, man power controlling, spares planning, and new machinery spares erection according to preventive maintenance schedule.
? Planning for project & Execution according to CPM/PERT Method, Plan Implementation and Follow up’s.
? Preparing SLD, Deviation statements, NS Items & preparing BOQ for procuring of Electrical Items & Approval of Competitive Suppliers from concerned Dept.
