Objective


I would like to work for the Ship/company to make it always progressing and achive the goals in given time


Experience


Joined Indian Navy on 09 May 1988, and served on board various Indian Naval War Ships and establishments.

(a) INS Viraat (Aircraft carrier of Indian Navy) from 1989 to 1994. Repairing and Maintenance Engine Room Boiler Room electrical machineries and auxiliaries, Air conditioning Plant Starters and Controls, forced ventilation System, Domestic Equipments, worked on Power Generation and Distribution, Generator and Switch board Controls, Switch board watch keeping Maintenance of Cranes and Aircraft Lifts etc.



(b) INS Investigator (Indian Navy’s Survey Ship) 1994-95 worked as PGD Section In charge and Overseeing and managing of repair and overhauling of electrical equipments During Guarantee refit at GRSE Kolkata , Maintenance of Motor Boats, Boat winches, Capstan Controllers and Batteries etc.



(c) INS Krishna (Indian Navy’s Cadet training Ship) 1995-99 and 2001 -04 Commissioning Crew of INS Krishna, Commissioned at Ports Mouth (UK), worked with Devonport Management limited for regeneration of Electrical Equipments onboard . Section In charge PGD Section. Worked on Fire alarms system, Flood alarm system, Sewage Control system, engine room Controls, and Navigation equipments, modification of redunded and obsolete equipments etc. Worked as electrical store in charge, Identifying of spares, stock mustering, survey, demand and issue of stores



(d) Naval Academy Project Ezhimala 1999-2000. Liaison with civil authorities for project work.



(e) INS Tunir (Missile Base of Indian Navy) 2000-01 Worked on Auto pilot, Timers and Life extension of P20,21, 22 (Russian) Missiles.



(f) Indian Embassy Tehran (Iran) 2004-07 carried out duties as staff to Naval Attaché and Staff to Chief Security Officer. Managing and Accounting of Budget of Naval Wing, maintenance and upkeep of IT assets of Naval Wing, liaison with Foreign Embassy’s, Protocol Duties, Managing of ship visits Liaison with Civil, Port authorities and Ship chandlers, organizing emergency defect rectification for visiting ships, Managing VVIP visits. Looking after security issues of Embassy and liaison with civil law authorities.



(g) Navigation Direction School Kochi Aug 2007to Jul 2009 as Instructor and also Managed the maintenance and defect rectification of Ship Handling Simulator, Air Direction Simulator and ARPA Simulator UPS etc.



(h) Well experienced in onboard ship Firefighting and Damage Control, Participated in Many major firefighting and damage control onboard ship.
