Organisation : Keppel Fels (Gul Yard), Singapore
Role : E&I Technician.
Responsibilities:
? Conducting E&I installation & handling inspection activities on the Site and reporting it to the E&I Inspector.
? Installing & inspecting the instruments, electrical equipments and panels and report to E&I Inspector.
? Overseeing the quality control function on site.
? Performing different tests such as line check & loop tests carried out by the yard and reporting it to the E&I Inspector (Owner).
? Analysing design of Power Distribution System, entailing load calculation, preparation of cable schedule, etc.
? Mapping the cable schedule and termination diagrams in coordination with vendors for ease of construction.
? Managing detailed engineering for Fire & Gas Alarm System, Emergency Shutdown System & Control and Monitoring System, including I/O Assignment, Preparation of Cable Schedule, Termination Diagram, Loop Diagram, etc.

Role : Erection, Testing & commissioning Engineer.
Responsibilities:
? Conducting Panel Commissioning of Siemens S7 series PLC based, PLC Logic Development.
? Verifying the PLC programming and panel Testing.
? Handling tray routing and impulse piping work of the project.
? Administering the commissioning & maintenance of Honeywell Make Dewpoint Meter as well as GE Sensing Make Moisture Transmitter.
