DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
? Proactively monitors voice systems to ensure maximum availability and optimal operation of office phone systems including Avaya PBXs, phone handsets, MDF/ IDF wiring, VoIP systems and voice circuits.
? Responds to trouble tickets in a timely manner and resolves issues (e.g. activation/ deactivation, authorization code, phone features, no dial tone)in accordance to service level agreement (SLA). Follows proper escalation and notification procedures.
? Work closely with contractors /vendors to address, track, execute and proper closure of request for system enhancement /improvement and backup.
? Provide assistance to Project Account Architects regarding voice applications based on technical understanding and analysis of the client requirements.

? Oversee and maintain continuous operation of 25TR’s, 20TR’s, 15TR’s, 10TR’s, 7.5TR’s, 5TR’s and 3TR’s ACCU’s by doing the following: cleaning and checking of air filters, coils, belts, fan motor, terminal lugs, cooling fins, bearings, blower blades, thermometers & pressure gauge, air supply, control panels, drainage & equipment surface. For the condensing unit, check and clean the following: fan motors, fins coils, compressor, high side switch, low side switch, high pressure and low pressure gauge and record the current drawn.
? Oversee and maintain continuous operation of 100hp, 7.5hp, 5hp, 3hp, 2hp, 1hp and 3/4hp motor pumps by doing the following: check and observed pump capacity, check and record current drawn, clean and check electrical terminals, check for unusual sound, check motor alignment, check leaks on joints and flanges, check float switch and indicator lights.

Oversee and maintain continuous operation of 15hp, 10hp, 7.5hp, 5hp, and 2hp supply fans and exhaust fans by doing the following: check unit for noise and vibration, check electrical control switch, dust off surface, check air leaks, clean electrical panel and switch breaker, clean fan assembly, check light indicator, record actual current drawn, check canvass cloth connector, check motor bearing, check pillow block bearing and check v – belt.
