Electrical Technician
Designed control panels and consoles to integrate PLC control, communication (RS232, RS422) and diagnostic logic in industrial automation. As for example conveyor (wood waste) and blower (for wood chip bin) control panels with utilizing control lights, switches and timers for the control of AC motors up to 60 HP, and hydraulic control valves (fuel direction control); all together incorporated in to wood waste system, conveyors , recycling it in to the kilns burners fuel.
AB Control Logix, RSLinx and RS View experience on Alan Bradley 5 and Alan Bradley 500. Worked on designing PID loops and maintenance of Alan Bradley 5 with digital analog modules connecting in PID feed back loop with positioning devices as temposonic rod and other physical values sensors. HMI module alarm monitoring and control of the vortex burners at kiln lumber drying system. Installation, troubleshooting, maintenance and calibration of the control process automated solution incorporating laser scanner, process decision program with HMI, networked with Allen-Bradley PLC 5 processor and motor control drives.
Installation and maintenance of the electrical systems, (circuit breakers, fuses, etc.), power supplies (control and power), electro-magnetic devices (transformers, reactors, etc.), & electro-mechanical devices (relays, motor starters, MCC, UPS for increased IT system tolerance for power system failure, etc.), Security System (alarm monitoring various parameters as temperature, light etc) , CCTV, Access Control System, and electronic components of industrial automated machinery and equipment and emergency shutdown systems. VFD parameters set up. Applying safety principles according to NEC code.
Troubleshoot, calibrate and repair problems with the photo eye sensors, Allen Bradley PLC's, infrared and laser scanners and other sensors. Use of software for troubleshooting and its editing. Install, program and troubleshoot PLC's and set its parameters. Utilization of PLC communication and programming. Design, install and maintenance of motor control circuits and three phase motors . A.C. and D.C. motors control center design.
Ladder logic programs design using LogixPro PLC for different applications as: garage door, traffic control, bottle line, multi floor elevator, dual industrial compressor etc. Commissioning materials true from different vendors online and true the SAP information system used for new material procurement.

My thesis named "Modeling Digital Signals By Polynomials" describes digital signal processing in real time.
Idea being is sampling and digitizing analog signal, which represents a stochastic process. Such digital signal is now easy and accurately communicated to a point where information carried should be used. However, since we are working with real time signal (process) whose rate of change may be significant, digital processing of it at the point of interest by use of digital processor may not be done just in time. Hence we find a solution by converting digital signal back to analog within a given rate of error. That is being done by modeling of the digital signal with polynomials, which are continuos functions, by use of multiple equations with multiple unknowns (matrices). Result is an analog signal carrying same information as stochastic process at beginning, which could be now processed in real time by analog means.
It is simply a data sampling and later filtering by an digital filter, which could be in many digital processing systems as for example a part of preprocessing eider integrative or derivative component of a PID loop. Modeling was done in MATLAB by programming a system of the multiple equations with the multiple unknowns using matrices.
