The company is executing turnkey based Bulk Material Handling Projects. As Coal Handling, Cement Handling, Urea Handling etc. and also of Mobile Machines like Stacker’s, Reclaimer’s, Stacker cum Reclaimer, Paddle Feeder, Traveling Tripper, Crusher, Wagon Tippler, Side Arm Charger, etc.
I am working as “Design Engineer” in Electrical Design Department and responsible for Costing, Design & to check design and cost of turnkey Electrical for mobile machines and also other equipment’s as Wagon Tippler, Apron Feeder, Crusher, Conveyor etc. which involves area as listed below.
• Preparation of Tender Documents
• Preliminary Design of system for Electrical Distribution, Cabling etc.
• Cost Estimation and Technical Scrutiny.
• Detail Design after receipt of order.
• Trailing Cable Selection
• Transformer, Power & Control Cable Selection suitable for application requirement.
• Preparation of Detail Drawings for Single Line Diagram, Three Line Diagram, and Control Schemes, Cable Schedules, Cable Layout etc.
• Procurement of Transformer, HT Panels, VCB Panels, MCC, PLC Panels, VVVF Panels, Control Desk, All types of Cables etc.
• Transformer Selection.
• Preparation of Terminal Diagram & Block Interlock (Logic) Diagram.

• Knowledge in reading and troubleshooting electrical drawing.
• Knowledge of HT/LT Electrical Equipment’s like circuit breakers, Transformers, Isolators, Control Panels, Cables etc.
• Knowledge of PLC system and AC Drives.

• Leading the spare parts management in the site.
• Dealing with various OEM’s for the timely Sourcing of essential spares and timely visits.
• I have handled various projects of reputed clients like Reliance, Jindal, Tecpro System, L&T, DCPL, MBE, JSPL, RRVUNL, Bokaro Steel etc. for various type of material handling equipments.
• I have also done drawing of wiring of interconnection for machines.
• I have basic knowledge of PLC programming.

• Passed out S.S.C. (10th Std.) with 71.29% in Mach – 1998.
• Passed out H.S.C. (12th Std.) with 54.15% in March – 2000.
• Passed Bachelor in Electrical Engineering with 62.80 % in 2004 from Charotar Institute of Technology, Changa from Gujarat University.
