Basic Electrical Outfitting Design
Experience
• First foreign employee of DSEC to handle a group of commercial ship projects in relation to Navigation System under Electrical Outfitting Department
• Handles electrical outfitting with the expertise of using AUTOCAD 2005 ,VISIO and TRIBON M3 as programs in developing design products.
• Project involvement includes : NASSCO -H6501 to 6509-49K TDW OIL/PRODUCT/CHEMICAL TANKER for Electrical Design in Accommodation(ABS) SPP 1,2 and 3-S1001 to 1035-50K DWT OIL/CHEMICAL TANKER for Electrical Arrangement in Accommodation, Antenna, Battery Room, Echo Sounder & Speed Log, and Wheelhouse, Junction Box List. (DNV & LR)
• Responsible for basic engineering drawing design (Arrangement of Accommodation – Upper Deck, A-Deck, B-Deck, and C-Deck ,Battery Room and Antenna and all related drawings which involved navigation for other LNS Carrier, LPG Carrier, Crude Oil Tanker, RO-RO, and Bulk Carrier projects.
• Working with Maker’s Classification Societies (DNV, LR, ABS) and Ship Owner’s (DOLCO,TRANSMED,HELLENIC STAR, NASSCO).
• Prepare Maker’s Supply Equipment, Console Maker’s List, Cable List, Purchase Order Specifications and evaluate technical aspects of Maker’s navigation equipments.
• Management and preparation of Bill of Materials (BOM) and review the technical processes and specification before purchasing and evaluating with Supplier’s technical capabilities.
