November 2005 to the present, Sr. Electrical & Instrumentation Engineer Belanak LPG FSO Project; ConocoPhillips Indonesia; Singapore

Assist and advise the LPG FSO Engineering and Fabrication Manager in all aspects of

Project management as necessary.

Review and approve Contractor’s design, engineering documents and drawings of electrical

and instrumentation systems.

Interface with Operations for input into design and testing of all systems.

Provides support to QA/QC engineer during design, conversion and fabrication phases of

the LPG FSO.

Ensure proper resolution of interfaces between the LPG FSO electrical and instrumentation

systems and the FPSO and Mooring system, primarily related to LPG-FSO power supply

and power management, LPG FSO operations monitoring, safety and ESD systems

performance monitoring and communications.

Review and approve Contractor furnished drawings and specifications.

Review all procedures necessary to manage the electrical and instrumentation scope of

work both technically and contractually.

Interface with the other LPG FSO disciplines.

Review and approve Contractor “Approved for Construction” electrical drawings.

Review and approve vendor bids for “estimated sums” compiled by the Contractor.

Monitor and supervise the LPG-FSO fabrication activities by Contractor.

Follow-up and verify that the installation of electrical systems are in accordance with

engineering drawings and specifications and equipment manufacturer requirements.

Responsible for the testing of all electrical and instrumentation equipment. Attend vendors

technical meetings and equipment FAT’s.

Monitor and supervise the implementation of Contractor’s safety and quality control

systems during the fabrication, testing and commissioning activities as they relate to the

electrical and instrumentation systems.

Review material and equipment certification compiled by the Contractor.

Review change order requests.

Witness testing of systems and equipment.

Review and approve all documentation prepared by Contractor and required by the contract.

Review and approve all “As Built Drawings”.

Witness and approve the testing, commissioning and placing in service all of the electrical

equipment and instrumentation systems.

Assist with the delivery process of the LPG FSO facility to the Operations Group

Interim LPG FSO on place and Permanent LPG FSO in design Phase

Advises Chief Engineer on subjects related to vessel's electrical systems and vessel's

construction.

Assists Chief Engineer with the verification, lining and starting up of all main and auxiliary

drilling systems, in preparation to the first drilling operation in the GOM.

Assists Chief Engineer with the implementation of the Planned Maintenance Program,

Electrical part, on board.

Assists Chief Engineer with the installation and starting up of the vessel's Technical library

Electrical part, that consists in: Blue Prints, Technical Records, Manufacturers Instruction

Books and Files.

Consults with Chief Engineer and vessel's Chief electrician in order to conduct an analysis

for spare parts inventory levels for electrical equipment and makes recommendations

accordingly

Advises Chief Engineer on electrical matters as required.

Supports and participates actively in vessel's Safety and Environmental Programs.

Consults with OIM and Drilling operations personnel as required to become fully acquainted

with all drilling associated activities.

Review and modify preventive maintenance

Create procedures for HV system maintenance without operation down time
