Fabrication & Installation of Stainless Steel (316) Tubing for both Impulse Line And Air Line it’s also includes Installation of Calibrated Transmitter and other Instrument Tags and also possible plug Fit and assemble instrument part and component parts such as switches power Supply and control unit sensors, transmitter, tubing and etc
Check instrument and accuracy and assist calibrate (to manufacturer Specification)Using standard weight and Measure Pneumatic Electrical and Electronic Test
Equipments and Control Meter and Making Daily Progress Reports
Experience
Involved in pre-comm activities, trouble shooting, and testing commissioning Perform installation of cable tray and the power house Responsible of trunking installation pulling of electrical and communication cable In charged installation of electrical junction boxes for electrical.
Perform installation and termination of equipment
Perform termination of electrical and communication cable
Fit and assemble instrument part and component parts such as switches power
Supply and control unit sensors, transmitter, tubing and etc
Check instrument and accuracy and assist calibrate (to manufacturer(Specification) using standard weight and measure, pneumatic, electrical and Electronic test equipments and controller meter.Dismantle and reassemble delicate mechanisms all electronic circuits.Overhaul instrument systems and repair or replace faulty part using power tools And small hand tools. Check performance using testing and measuring instruments and make necessary
Adjustments Assist engineering, technicians and fitters in field workshop and office activities such as engineering design and lay out and documentation each project.
Maintain work tools, equipment and machineries and working area in good and Effective condition Any other on and off site outsides are requested by the management.

With over 9 years of comprehensive knowledge and combine work experience in Oil & Gas Refineries such as Oil Rigs Land Base Refineries Module Platform and Power Plant Generation system I have undertaken a variety of project supervision in different sector Gaining the experience and knowledge of E&I Fabrication Erection and Inspection My previous project has developed an interest to further involve and participate in the engineering works most especially in the field of Electrical & Instrumentation Scope involving in simulation function test and pre comm.
