Skils
1.1 Assisting Drilling Supervisor with timely movement of people and equipment to and from offshore location
1.2 Listing out upcoming requirements for equipment, personnel and communicating same with Broome and Perth
1.3 Responsible for picking and issue items from stock in a controlled manner to ensure efficient and accurate stock control associated, returned goods and scrap management.
1.4 Record and document traceability details for items issued and received to stock.
1.5 Checking off incoming manifests and equipment coming on board

2.00 Operations & Inventory Control
• Loading, unloading and movement of materials within or near the worksite

2.1 To ensure that all material is picked efficiently accurately and in accordance with company procedures and instructions.
2.2 Ensure that company policies and procedures are carried out throughout the team.
2.3 To ensure that all rental material is managed in the most cost-effective manner in accordance with company procedures and instructions to complete accurately and on time all necessary documentation.
2.4 To assist in the generation and capture of revenue by effectively controlling costs within your area by minimizing the use of 3rd party equipment.
2.5 To participate in stock checks and other asset control measures.
2.6 To participate in and to meet the objectives and training.
2.7 To assist other departments in meeting their goals and objectives and to maintain a constant and effective level of communication with internal and external customers.
2.8 To conduct the necessary stock transactions in order to receive and issue items to and from stock in line with policies and procedures whilst maintaining accurate stock levels, traceability and suitable storage locations

4.00 HSSE
4.1 Assist in the development, implementation, monitoring, review and promotion of HSSE innovative Strategies and Policies in line with companies HSSE principle policies.
4.2 Develop and maintain an auditing, reporting and review system to ensure that the management is aware of the appropriate risks and issues to fulfil its policy objectives. In support of which develop and maintain appropriate data bases and risk maps.
4.3 Participate with company’s other groups to develop, disseminate and maintain common group values, policies and reporting requirements.
4.4 Develop an environment, resources and health & safety skills, resources and training base within the company proportionate to the risks and company objectives.
Logistics & Operations:
Worked independently under general supervision, requiring normal guidance and review. Off shore & shore base logistical & operational support extended with some technical guidance and work direction to field staff.
Oversees all operational functions including administration, customer service, shipping and receiving and merchandise in addition to working with security services to oversee security functions in the base.
Manage and maintain the store facility and Information Technology (IT) initiatives and ensure the smooth daily operation of the store.
Ensure that tradition of quality service is maintained through the highest levels of offshore support service standards. Maintain operational support systems including, attendance and inventory systems.
Coordinating with diving operations and simultaneous drilling operations as & when under going at same time.
