Experience
Pipelines
Pipeline maintenance (water-, oil-, fuel-, gas pipe lines) including concrete bagging suspensions and use of flexible formwork piers to support suspended areas. Flange connections and installation of new pipeline segments, laying of concrete matting and support leg installations.
SBM spm & mono buoys
Maintenance and service of various buoys including sub-sea hose change outs, PLEM, change out and installation of new spool pieces, attenuators, floating hoses, anchors and chains.
Welding and burning
All forms of welding and burning from steel rods to BROCO. Not coded but completed works of some 1500 welds and cuts on 18mm plating.
Salvage
Recovery of different types of human casualties from overhead environments. Salvage of ships, aircrafts and damaged installations.
Lock gates
Lock gate installations and maintenance. Service of seals and inspection of trunnions and lock gate alignments.
Inspection and surveys
GVI, CVI, scale measurements, video, still photography, drawings, thickness readings and corrosion protection measurements. All aspects of technical surveying including side scan, sub bottom profiling, magnetometers and ROV piloting.
Marker buoys
Change out of buoy systems with installations of chain changes, piled anchors, electrical works.
Trenching
All basic trenching methods with TOYO pumps, air and water lifts, water jets and explosives.
Fish farms
Installation of concrete anchors, cage maintenance and anchor chain configurations.
Desalination plants
Installation and maintenance works including pipe lines, diffusers, filters, weight coating, cleaning of filters.
Pier works
Installation and repair to rock and concrete armour, anodes and other cathodic protection systems.
Rigging
All aspects of rigging.
Scientific and media
Scientific chamber test dives. Marine archaeology and marine biology dives. Underwater works for film and print media including video and still photography.
