•Responsible for managing and overseeing Staffing operations and programs
•Under the direction of the VP of Staffing, develops recruiting strategies
• Develop and implement recruiting strategies across all lines of business
•Manages the applicant tracking system (ATS)
•Trains system users; works with HRIS to modify the ATS as needed
•Ensures automated processes meet business needs
•Oversees requisition management process
•Develops solid relationships with HR and line business partners
• Provide a high level of customer service
• Primary point of contact to create/maintain relationships with 3rd party vendors
• Ensures service level agreements are met and recommends
•Provides a variety of routine and ad hoc reports through ATS, Excel and other software
•Manages company relocation program
•Maintains Staffing Department information, including department policies, on company intranet
•Oversees all candidate communications to ensure a positive candidate experience
•Maintains candidate and new hire portals
•Research most efficient and cost effective measures which include all advertising media, job fairs, college recruitment, agencies, and internet recruiting to meet staffing needs
•Oversees/Manages the work visa process for all new hires
•Keeps VP of Staffing abreast of all recruiting issues
•Responsible for identifying training needs, tracking performance, coaching, and motivating direct reports.
•Responsible for hiring, terminating, compensation, and performance evaluation
