Overseeing general business grossing in excess of 12M per annum and (personally) generating 1 Million in sales volume. This position required the knowledge of all Florida building codes, installation, and the bidding of various steel, aluminum shutter systems and their impact glass line. My duties involved the ability of proposing these bids along with interpretation of the engineering and blueprints for the final phases of estimation on various commercial, government, business and residential projects. In the role of District Sales Manager, I was responsible for training and coaching of all new hires in sales and implementation of sales techniques as a professional sales consultant. I was responsible for overseeing all existing and the set up of new dealers for our dealer division as well as for all layouts of advertising with promoting the sale of our coop ads to dealers within our program in my geographic area. This area consisted of Dade County, FL to Duvall County, FL as well as generating all new business for our commercial and residential department within this territory.
