Experience


I have worked aboard the Larco Marine Retreiver Tugboat as a deckhand and have gained experience in working on tugs and barges and in the engine rooms of tugboats. I have worked aboard half of Seabulk Offshore's crewboat fleet as an OS gaining experience as a deckhand and in the engine rooms as well as acquiring knowledge and wheeltime of manuvering and running crewboats day and night clear or storm. I am about 390 days (recent work history as i cannot get my seatime from seabulk since they are no longer in business) short of being able to take the course and acquire my 100 ton captain/200 ton mates license


Education


GED and some college for computers and 12 volt electronics technology, i can build and perform minor repair and some programming of computers, also skilled in the mobile 12 volt industry with car audio and electronics, navigation, security, CB Radios, etc.


Certification


None valid anymore, had Z card and A/B when with seabulk, also was rigger certified, certified first aid medic, and fire fighting/safety certified


Skils


Basic skills of plumbing, electrical, construction, carpentry, fiberglass, boat handling, rigging, electronics, home theatre, mechanics, computers, web development, database design, deckhand, galleyhand, supervisor, logistics, paralegal work, etc. Jack of all trades.


 


I am hard working, a fast learner, a knowledge junkie

(love learning new things), i can be an asset to any company and any part of a company when given the time and resources to learn what its about. Anyone with common sense knows you get what you pay for and i find that i am worth paying well for, all you have to do is give the chance.
