1. Operator: I was a machine operator, I was to make sure that the machine had enough material to stay running, made sure that the temperatures were correct, if not I changed them, I also shut down the machine to handle screen changes and started the machine back, pulled the material through a water table to make sure that it was not under too much water and then fed it into a pelletizer. Made sure that the material did not clog the vent.

2. Mixer: I was to make sure to place an empty box on a scale with a liner, zero out the scale then I was supposed to grab the correct material and use a bucket and bucket out the correct amount into the empty on the scale and when I was finished I was to place the material into the mixer and let it mix for 2 minutes and then add the lab packet to it and let it mix for another 5 minutes.

3. Grinder / forklift operator: I was to make sure the grinder operator had enough material to grind. If a grinder called in sick I was to handle the grinder and get my own material. After we finished a code I was to help take the grinder a part and clean every, making sure that there was no plastic in between the blades and replacing the blades if needed, when I was finished I was to put grinder back together.

4. Q.A.: I did melt flow testing, Izod testing, Impact testing, made sure that the material in the boxes were not mix with other materials and signed off on the box before it was placed in the warehouse. Check the moisture in nylon before it could be ran, handle a small molding press to get the pieces for the Izod and Impact testing.
