Electrical Apprentice



Responsible for preparing business management duties such as maintaining records and files, preparing reports and ordering supplies and equipment. Read and interpreted electrical, mechanical and architectural drawings to determine wiring layouts. Planned the layout and installation of electrical wiring, equipment and fixtures, based on job specifications and local codes. Worked from ladders and aerial lift equipment to perform aerial line work. Operated and maintained a variety of hand, power and shop tools and equipment used in electrical installation, maintenance and repair work. Fill out and hand in safety reports.



Willbros Canada MSI (Fort McMurray, AB) 2008

General Laborer



Responsible for many duties including but not limited to varying forms of pipeline maintenance. Operated bobcats on a daily basis to transport pipes and flanges to and from jobsites. Grinded and buffed welds which connected pipelines to transport crude oil. Secured slings and operated boom trucks to align pipes for the welding process. Built boxes and crotches to secure and align pipe above ground. Replaced sections of pipe during shutdowns using vex clamps. Fill out and hand in safety reports.



Dundee Resort and Golf Club (Dundee, NS) 2006

Boat Operator



Responsible for the safety of up to 16 passengers on a small pleasure-craft while touring the Bra’s Dor lakes on Eagle Watch Tours. Maintained maintenance reports needed for the vessel and made any small repairs which were possible to do without professional help.
