Experience
I worked in the construction industry for six years and two year in a barge design firm. I had obtained my own contractor license and have good people skill from retails in my younger years.
Education
Went to school for mechanical engineering then change to architecture; that's about four years of college. Worked my way in a naval architecture firm.
Certification
License contractor/carpenter.
Skils
Know single sail boat. Can design and build any residential home from the ground up. I keep up to date with technologies. I know how to cook. I went to art school... I like to paint. A versatile athlete, on land or see.
Divorce with three children. I value hard work and family.
