Job Responsibilities: I was a deckhand and leadsman. I built tows, made locks, ran lead, and did paperwork. I was also responsible for general upkeep of the ship: Painting, cooking, and cleaning. I worked 6 hours on, 6 hours off or 12 hours on, 12 hours off. I occasionally rode the boat for up to 120 days at a time.

Job Description: I rebuilt all equipment used in 75 restaurants including ovens, stoves, and pressure fryers. I was also responsible for basic maintenance issues inside all of the stores. I received all shipments and was responsible for storing them within the warehouse. I did all inventory and paperwork for each shipment. I also regularly used a forklift.
