Looking for entry in the maritime buisness as a deckhand. Eventually moving my way up to Captain. I enjoy working outdoors and working by the sea.
Experience
From october 1999 to may 2004 was a member of the U.S Navy. I was on an aircraft carrier as a flight deck saftey specialist. I was also trained in mooring and seamanship. I am very skilled in ship operations. My final year in the Navy was as a trained EMT. In 4 and a half years I was promoted 3 times. Was a member of Operation Iraqi Freedom. Also was supervisor of 25 personell and recieved good conduct award. Discharged with Honorable Discharge.

Cerritos College, Norwalk CA. 1 Year, General.
Certification
Advanced Navy Shipboard firefighting Certificate. Navy EMT Certificate.
Skils
4 Years of seamanship, EMT, and Firefighting. Very skilled in supervision and Leadership. Handy with tools and Qualified with small arms weapons. Skilled in safety and CPR.
Overall im very sharp in a positive attitude. Very high moral, and generally a fun person to work with. Not affraid of hard work and long times spent away from home.
