I am seeking a Coast Guard captain's license and need to obtain 360 days of work experience
Experience
I've never worked on a boat. Instead, I have sailed them. I have been crew in three Long Island Regattas, hundreds of yacht races, and have sailed the Atlantic twice: once as crew on the 40ft sailboat, from Long Island to Puerto Rico with a stop in Bermuda, and once on a 50ft sailboart, from North Carolina to the Virgin Islands.

I have a bachelor's degree in Chemistry
Certification
PADI scuba certified.
