? Responsible for all customer support activities, quotations for service, scheduling, and technical support issues.

? Configures, modifies, and tests equipment, reads and interprets prints, schematics, isometric diagrams, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.

? Supervise and carry out emergency offloading of various types of cargo. Maintain portable emergency equipment.
