I would like to offer to you my qualification as a Crewing Manager for your Company. 

With my knowledge and working experience for twenty one (21) years in Manning or Crewing operations. I believed that, it will suit your Company goals and objectives.
  
Furthermore, with my thirteen (13) years experience as Crewing Manager for VLCC tanker vessels (Crude and Product) for International Trade.is already an asset and capable to handle the duties and responsibilities for the position I'm applying for.
 
FYI, my specific duties and responsibilities as a Crewing Manager is the proper sourcing, selecting and hiring of qualified, efficient and capable Filipino seafarers in accordance with the requirements set forth by the Company / Principal and arrange their timely deployment in compliance to the National / International standards.
 
Presently, I'm working as Operations Manager at PSI - International Healthcare Staffing, Inc. under The Medical City.
