Experience
from 1987 to 2001 as a deck officer and master in different shipping company. 2002.3 – 2005. 9: Port Captain in Hsin Chien Marine Shanghai office (head office in Taiwan) for recruiting Chinese crew to HCM fleet vessels;
Ship’s crew interview and training;
Issue instruction to ship master for smooth daily operation.
Also doing dry cargo chartering/brokering/SNP.
During these periods, as a safety master onboard of M/V “New Eminence” and M/V “New Light” under Hsin Chien Marine fleet for about 7months.

2005.11 - up to now: crew-department manager in DIMSCO Dalian China (Affiliated to CIDG) for full PRC crew management. I’m mainly in charge ship crew recruiting to foreign owner vessels; crew interview and training. Also doing dry cargo chartering/brokering/SNP
