• Performed strength calculation of portal crane "Mark 25" using Finite Element Methods.
• Designed 3-D models and furnished drawings of metalware including crane moving
bogies, bogies of crane slewing, balancing beams and storm locking devices.
• Modernized gantry crane metalware and corresponding mechanisms.
• Provided technical documentation on repairing joints of derrick system of portal cranes.
• Prepared drawings of cargo handling machines metalware using
"AutoDesk Inventor" and "AutoCad".

• Lecture on the following subjects: cargo lifting machines, diagnostics of cargo
lifting machines, and numerical methods.
• Counsel and prepare students for defense of Master's and PhD's degrees.
• Managed and successfully executed 2 commercial projects on estimation of residual life of
cargo lifting machines. Conducted extensive metal specimen testing for fatigue and strength,
built 3-D model of crane jib, implemented strain gauging experiments and performed
strength calculation of metalware and its elements in "ANSYS".
• Construct 3-D models and complete diagnostics of cargo lifting machines metalware.
• Conduct diagnostics for gantry cranes with hoisting capacity up to 32 tons and use
"PowerGraph" to handle data recordings from strain gauge experiments.
