Worked as 2nd cook then progressed to Chief cook on the Austral Leader from 2001 to 2005 when ship was taken out of service.Then reemployed from 2007 till now on FV Southern Champion as cook fishing in Southern Ocean,Indian etc. Always worked in hospitality,hospitals,hotels,bed and breakfasts.I prefer being at sea.

School certificate in English,Science,Commercial Practice and clothing.
