worked from Feb. 2011 till August of 2013 when the establishment closed permanently. Was a prep cook and a fry line cook in the middle of training as a grill and broil cook. While in the kitchen cooking I was also the dishwasher. I cut my own fish, weighed my own product, cleaned the stations accordingly to the health code regulations. On many occasions I cooked for 30 to 50 people at one time. I started out as a bus boy making 7.25 an hour and within a few months of dedication and determination I made it to 10.00 an hour as a cook.
