15 years in the national maritime union working on tankers freighters and container vessels also passenger cargo ships i currently work in the construction industry as a self employed carpenter i also have worked in the plumbing and heating field the more you know the better it is
Education
different maritime schools for fire fighting and ship board duties i am a graduate of the culinary institute of america in hyde park new york night classes at cape cod community college
Certification
i have licenses in asbestos removal for nyc aand ny state and mass. i have discharges from different shipping lines for chief cook and cook and baker also discharges for os from msc tankers i worked on
Skils
cooking and baking construction i have done plumbing on fishing vessels and i know my way around deck
i am a veteran of the u s coast guard honorable discharge i work well with people i also for a short time worked on oil rigs in the gulf while on vacation from the merchant marine i worked out of houma and grand isle for an offshoe catering company
