Experience
1990 - 2001 I was in a partnership with my mom, we owned and operated S&M Snack Bar.
2002 - 2006 I was employed with Canal Barge Co. I was let go for a undetermand reason.I called several time for an explanation why I was termanated, no one would take my call, they were always in a meeting, and I left several messages, no one ever called me back.
2006- I was employed by Inland marine co. I made 1 trip out for them in December, I came home January 3 and I have been home sense.
Education
I completed high school in 1981.
Certification
10/17/2006 -10/17/2011 ServSafe certification. I took a 6 week safe food class and made a 90% over all percentage.
Skils
I am skilled in the safe handling of food.
I enjoy working on the river boats,I am single, and I have no children, so my home life does not interfer with my work.I can work holidays, and overtime. I love to cook!! I am a good cook,I have been told. I am in good health, I am 44 years old, I do not smoke, or drink. I can drive and I have a valid drivers license, I have my own transportation.
