1967-1971 Worked as a short oder cook in a high volume 24-hr family syle restaurant. Became prep cook in 1968 and kitchen manager in 1969. Resposible for inventory, personel scheduling and training.
1976-1979 Night manager in an International House of Pancakes Purchased restaurant in 1977.
