Develop the contracting strategy for chartering a DP Shuttle Tanker that will to transport crude oil from the Project Corocoro to the final clients, starting in the middle of the year 2007. Coordination of the team for the hiring process and chartering of a DP Shuttle Tanker, for the exportation of crude oil of the Corocoro project, jointly with the Norway business unit and the Marine department in Houston. Task includes direct negotiation with Ship-owners, establish the terms and conditions to be included into the Carter Party (Shelltime 4 + amendments), Lead the process of vessel acceptance into the final client’s terminals, establish the methodology and procedures for shipping operations, finance budget, payments schedule and sublet voyages.
Coordination of Marine Logistics for Drilling Campaign and operations in Corocoro project Golfo de Paria Venezuela.

Total Fleet: 5 vessels (Contract value 19.5 USMM$).
Negotiation and contract administration of ConocoPhillips Shore-Base facilities in Guiria Venezuela (approx. USMM$ 3.5). This contract was establish to support Corocoro project offshore operations.
Contracting and administration of the Crew boats, Jack-ups, barges and whole marine services support for the Corocoro Project in the spot market..
In charge Negotiation and Establish a reliable logistic for Fuel (MGO) supply for the Fleet and the Rig Ensco-69 in service in the Golfo the Paria.

Chartering and shipping operations for the supply of ORIMULSION® to final clients in Europe, North America and Asia. Achievements include the negotiation and signing of the long term Contract of Afreightment (10 years) between American Eagle Tankers and BITOR for the supply of ORIMULSION® to Powerseraya in Singapore (up to 3.300.000 m/ton per year, approx. USMM$ 29.0 per year). The contract included use of VLCC and Aframax vessels with a lightering option at Karimun (Indonesia).
Coordination of transshipment or lightering operations into the Baltic Sea (off Kalundborg, Denmark and off Gotenborg Sweden) and the North sea (off Rotterdam). These operations were performed as part of the supply agreements between BITOR EUROPE Ltd and electric utilities in Lithuania, Sweden and Denmark. Tasks included contracting maritime agents, fender services, tugs, independent inspectors and supervising controllers.
In charge of the negotiation, contract administration and control of the 2 years Contract of Affreigtment between SOVCHART Shipping and BITOR EUROPE Ltd. For the supply of ORIMULSION® to ENERGI E2 Power Station in Denmark (1.200.000 mtons/year, or approx. USMM$ 8.4 per year). Responsibilities included the execution and control of the yearly budget, freight payments, logistic control and demurrage claims.
In charge of the re-negotiation, contract administration and control of the Contract of Affreigtment between PRITCHARD GORDON TANKERS and BITOR for the supply of ORIMULSION® to Arawak Cement Plant in Barbados (40.000 mtons/year approx. US$ 540.000 per year). Responsibilities included execution and control of the yearly budget, freight payments, logistic control and demurrage claims.
Contract administration of the Contract of Affreigtment between SCORPIO SHIPPING MANAGEMENT and BITOR for the supply of ORIMULSION® to Dalhousie Power Station in Canada (800.000 mtons/year approx. USMM$ 8.2 per year). Responsibilities included execution and control of the yearly budget, freight payments, bunkers supply, vessel nominations, logistic control and demurrage claims.
