- Calculation and publicizing of SLA’s and Indicators related to productivity and efficiency of Supply and Financial Areas.
- Continuous Search for optimization of the indicator’s execution processes by automatization.
- Confection of reports that evidences inconsistent points in the established process, with view to seek for a safer, faster and more precise standard.
- Confection of strategies, having as a base intern reports, with view to repair the inconsistence previously diagnosticed and improve processes in a general way.

Pool of purchasing system rectifying’s Analyst
- Identification and regularization of unconformities in the whole Vale’s Supply process and maintenance/Up date/Creating of contracts and purchasing orders inside the database ORACLE.
- Support to Importation Area, inserting the right "Mercosul Common Tax" in each purchasing order of products that Vale imports, with view to guarantee the just right tax that will be applied by the Federal Bureau.

- Intern audit of processes, with view to establish SARBOX’s exigencies;
- Reports confection with suggestions of improvements for the TI management.
