Extensive expertise in strategic planning, managing and organizing projects and operations, overseeing production activities, leading business negotiations, reducing costs and expenses and insisting upon strict quality assurance.


Experience


Clients: BG/Rashpetco (Egypt), Suncor (Canada), Shell, ExxonMobil, Total, ConocoPhillips

• Operated a Mobile and onshore Vacuum Distillation Unit reclaiming Amines and Glycols in order to lower client’s contamination rates. (heat stable salts, hydrocarbons, suspended solids)

• Supervising and training of new hires and existing lower ranked employees

• Start up and Shut down of Process Unit using Standard Operating Procedures and Emergency Procedures

• Specific detailed analytical reporting (Daily/Weekly/Monthly) both to Client and Company

• Comprehending , Analyzing and Drawing P&IDs and PFDs

• Operate Unit using automated Control System with Wonderware & DCS processing program

• Unit Maintenance (i.e., repairing pump seals, steel tubing lines, bearing replacements etc)
