Presently working with Kharafi National LLC, Abudhabi as Painting Inspector from 14th August 2010,
Employed in National Contracting Co. Ltd (NCC-INTAP), Kuwait as QC Inspector for 2 years (18th Feb 2008 to 2nd Feb 2010). National Contracting Company is one of the leading Painting & Coating Application and Corrosion Protection Service Provider in Kuwait to Kuwait Oil Company (KOC), Kuwait National Petroleum Company (KNPC) and other leading Engineering companies.
From April’09 worked as the Project in charge for the Fusion Bonded Epoxy Coating Systems, Internal Coating of pipe lines as well as Girth weld Joints.
Worked as Service Painting Supervisor in Surya Technochem, Uttarpradesh, India from 23 rd April 2007 to 29th January 2008.

Skils
Interfacing with Third party Inspection Agencies, Clients & Contractors. Attending & Conducting Pre-Inspection & Manufacturing Meetings.
Reviewing painting specifications, technical & safety data sheets, blasting and painting procedures
Undertaking execution and co coordinating of painting Jobs as per project specifications & standards.
Witnessing and documenting of painting activities through the preparation of daily inspection Reports, through raising RFIs, inspection and documentation.
Coordinate blasting and painting work and ensure compliance with project specification.
Incoming Material inspection.
Inspecting work in progress for conformance with the latest approved revisions of drawings and specifications and verifying that finished work meets acceptance criteria.
Ensure all surface preparation and application is conducted in accordance with the specified standard for that painting system according to procedures/specifications
Checking the validity of calibration certificates of all inspection tools and equipment prior to and during work execution.
Monitoring and verifying blasting and painting quality issues i.e. measuring weather conditions, surface profile, paint thickness, holiday detection test to ensure compliance with relevant project specification.
