I am working on numerous multimillion dollar Blasting and Painting projects onshore & offshore in West Africa. My duties are daily planning for a large work force, supplying quotations to the clients, keeping stock levels appropriate for all ongoing projects, attending meetings & working directly with the client.



Quality Assurance/Contracts Manager 2002 - 2008

Pyeroy Ltd, Kirkstone House, St Omers Road, Western Riverside Route, Gateshead, Tyne & Wear.

I have worked on numerous large Blasting and Painting projects throughout the UK. My duties have been to control all aspects of quality, testing and inspection within the Marine, Offshore and Industrial sectors on multi million pound projects I have also been responsible for the managing of large work forces answering directly to Clients.



QA Manager 1999 - 2002

Denholm Industrial Services, Hillington Industrial Estate, Renfrewshire, Glasgow.

I headed up a QA team on four new build vessels for the MOD. My duties included planning and programming inspection rooters as well as ordering materials, testing and inspections. I worked very closely with the client on a daily basis attending meetings and problem solving.

B.P Saqqara Project (Egypt)

My duties were to represent the owners in all aspects of quality control. This involved overseeing and supervising the contractor/workforce and a daily basis recording and reporting answering directly to the client.



1994 - 1998

Blaster/ Painter

Efficiently carried out all aspects of surface preparation and coating, using modern paint systems including two pack epoxies, solvent free, water based and zinc silicates on numerous new build and dry dock projects. Within this period I was made up to supervisor.
