Graduate Trainee- Account Broker at AON ZIMBABWE October 2011 to October 2013.
Duties include
? Assisting the Manager in drawing up annual client service program for the team’s clients and contributing to the adherence with same.
? Participating in client facing meetings as required and these include, inter-alia, pre-renewal, renewal review, claims and ad hoc client meetings.
? Ensuring that all correspondence received (both Broking and Claims) is dealt with in accordance with the company’s Quality Standards and Business Procedure Manuals.
? Preparing accurate insurance summaries (registers) for dispatch within a month of portfolio renewal/ anniversaries date for all clients in the team.
? Preparation of client loss profiles and loss histories.
? Compilation of pre-renewal reports, renewal reports, quotation slips, insurer confirmation slips, cover notes, limits lists and all other attendant documentation pertaining to the placement, administration and servicing of client insurance programs.
? Ensure that client’s queries/complaints and requests are attended to timely and professionally in accordance with the company’s quality standards and business procedure manuals.
? Participating and / or assisting in negotiations with insurers.
