Expertise with tug & barge, reefer, dry/ bulk/general cargo & container carriers, experience includes tankers, passenger ferries, offshore AHT, PSV, drillships & pleasure crafts. Extensive involvement in ISM & ISPS, computer literate, working knowledge of GMDSS, ARPA, ECDIS, AIS & DP consoles, have instructional background, bilingual. Excellent references.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Nautical Sciences from Maritime University of Fisheries, Marine Management & Consultancy Course at Lancashire University (UK)
Certification
TC Master NC Unlimited/Chief mate Unlimited (ON1) license. Oil/Chemical Tanker Endorsement, STCW, GMDSS, DP Advanced, ISPS Ship Security, ISM course, Great Lakes Pilotage Certificate, Small vessel machinery Operator, BRM, ECDIS.

Overall Safety/ISPS Security, Medical & Cargo Officer aboard 9100 dwt dry cargo-reefer product & container combination carrier. Expertise in general cargo inspection, handling, stowage, carriage & treatment, stowage factor calculations, deck & mechanisms, ballast & garbage management, FW treatment, cargo gear, holds inspection & repair, pre-loading survey, reefer containers lashing on deck, cargo plans, sea protests & P&I matters, mate receipts & bills of lading, gencargo secure.
