10/2009 till now I'm working as a Chief Marine Surveyor in the Marine Agency of Dubai Roads & Transport Authority (RTA). Dubai, UAE.



o Technical inspection for RTA’s owned & not owned units to ensure compliance with applicable standards & laws.

o Issuance of seaworthiness certificates.

o Participate in technical audit for RTA contractors.

o Participate in QM audit for RTA unit’s operators.

o Participate in the agency projects technical evaluations.

o Participate in RTA crises management team.

o Participate in RTA marine accident/incident technical investigation team.

o Participate in legislations establishment of Dubai marine operation related laws based on last international regulation of SOLAS & MARPOL.

o Participate in constructing RTA quality management system.

7/2007 till 10/2009 working as a Operation & QHSE Superintendent in A.P. Moller Maersk Group “Maersk Egypt”. Cairo, Egypt.
